Karen Hobbs has a distinct gossipy tone to her comedy as she shares memories of sex education classes, her suburban Stevenage roots, dating apps, and mocking her generally screwed-up life. But what gives her an edge over comics fishing in similar waters is that she’s a cancer survivor – to which she takes a winningly unique approach. Heartfelt comedy at its best.
