Leyya is the founder of The Other Box, an award-winning Media company that specialises in online personal and professional development. Her company has educated thousands of people around the world, working with clients such as Sony PlayStation, Ganni, URBN, Depop, C40 and Penguin Random House to name a few.

As well as being on the Forbes 30 under 30 ‘Social Impact Entrepreneur’ list in 2021, Leyya is the recipient of the WACL Future Leaders Award and Ad Age ‘Women to Watch’ award. She is a regular speaker on TV, Podcasts and Radio and has been featured in Stylist Magazine, Wired Magazine, BBC and The Guardian as well as speaking engagements at companies such as Nike, Apple, Vogue Business, Google, Red Bull, Soho House and Huffington Post to name a few.
