Kaya (she/her) is a South Asian writer and actor, who trained for three years at The BRIT School.

She took her show Brown Girl Noise to Camden Fringe where the show was a finalist for a London Pub Theatre Standing Ovation Award and came in the top 3% of BBC Open Call submissions. The show found future life at The Glitch Theatre and is also programmed for Riverside Studios in September 2025.

She is also a member of the Stoke the Embers writer’s room and The Royal Court’s Intro to Playwriting Group ‘25.
