Joe Sellman-Leava
Joe studied at Exeter University. He has written and performed several plays with his theatre company Worklight. His debut play Labels, won a Fringe First. His subsequent plays – Monster, Fanboy and It’s the Economy, Stupid! – all toured nationally, including transfers to London’s Soho Theatre.
Outside of Worklight, Joe has worked as an actor with Bill Kenwright (Rain Man), Exeter Northcott (A Midsummer Night’s Dream), Brother Brother (More Than Four Walls) and Tara Theatre (Nova). Joe also works as a screenwriter, having written over 50 episodes for animated series with Magic Light Productions, Heyday Films, Aardman and the BBC.
