Celebrating the Life of Abdul Shayek

We warmly invite you to join us to remember and celebrate the life and career of our extraordinary Artistic Director and friend Abdul Shayek.

The celebration will take place in the Olivier Theatre at the National Theatre, Upper Ground, SE1 9PX on Thursday 18 January at 12pm.

The celebration will last approximately 90 minutes.

There is no dress code, please dress as you feel comfortable.

This is an unticketed event and seating is unreserved.

Doors open at 11:30AM. Please be seated for a prompt 12:00PM start.

Please join us for refreshments in the Oliver Stalls Foyer after the event.

There is a prayer room available. Please speak to a member of National Theatre staff.
