Adil Rehman (he/him) is a 24-year-old British Pakistani actor from London.

Adil joined Tara Theatre’s Young Company in 2024 to deepen his passion for storytelling and performance. His journey into acting has been unique, after studying and gaining a masters degree in Chemical Engineering at university, he discovered his love for the arts and decided to pursue acting seriously.

Since then, Adil has trained in duologue scenes, stage performance, and acting techniques through workshops and performances, including my work with the Orange Tree Young Company.

He is passionate about exploring diverse stories and amplifying voices that often go unheard, using theatre as a platform to connect and inspire.

Being part of Tara Theatre’s Young Company is an exciting step in his journey, and he can’t wait to bring fresh energy and perspective to the stage.
