Debra Cougill (Associate Director) is a creative producer and project manager for arts and science engagement programmes. She specialises in creating and leading on inspirational arts and cultural programmes for marginalised communities. Formerly Head of Education at the Royal Albert Hall and Head of Widening Participation at Central School of Ballet, Debra has worked with some of the UK’s leading organisations to produce events across all art forms on a local, national and international scale whilst working with schools to embed creativity across the national curriculum.
