Pooja is the Co-Chair of Artistic Directors of the Future (ADF) and Stage Directors UK (SDUK). She is trustee of Pop Up Projects CIC. In 2018 she won the Eastern Eye award for Best Director for Lions and Tigers at The Globe Theatre.
