Will joined Tara Theatre as General Manager in 2026. Prior to joining Tara, he worked at Midlands Arts Centre, where he developed experience across operations, partnerships, communications and cultural programming within a large multidisciplinary arts venue.

His professional background spans both the arts and hospitality sectors, bringing together experience in venue operations, audience engagement, artist support and commercial activity. Alongside his management work, he has also worked freelance across photography, videography and creative production, collaborating with artists, cultural organisations and community-led projects.

Will is particularly passionate about improving visibility and access within the arts, especially for people who may not grow up seeing clear pathways into the sector. He is committed to creating welcoming cultural spaces where audiences, artists and communities can see themselves reflected.
