Ruhi Jhunjhunwala is Executive Producer at Factory International, the visionary organisation behind Manchester International Festival (MIF) and Aviva Studios, where she oversees the strategic development and delivery of ambitious, large-scale artistic commissions from R&D to international presentations. Previously, she was Senior Producer at MIF and Programme Lead at The Performance Theatre Foundation (UK/Norway), curating forums at the intersection of leadership, policy, and the arts. Ruhi began her career in India, producing and programming for Ranga Shankara Theatre, Attakkalari Centre for Movement Arts, and Bhoomija Trust.

She holds an MA in Performance and Culture Studies from Goldsmiths, University of London, supported by the Charles Wallace India Trust. Her academic and creative work has featured in international conferences and publications, reflecting her deep interest in performance as a tool for dialogue and transformation.
