Rehan Sheikh

Rehan Sheikh is a London Born Actor, writer, filmmaker active in Britain & Pakistan since 1990s.

Known for his work in Pakistani Drama Serials, film & television, Rehan began his theatre journey with running a South Asian Youth Theatre Group in South London whilst studying for his Drama degree. He worked with Tamasha Theatre Company on eleven productions including Women of the Dust; Shaft of Sunlight; A Tainted Dawn; Ghost Dancing; Balti Kings; A Fine Balance.

Rehan won Best Actor at Kara Film Festival 2005 and Best Supporting Actor 2015 Hum Awards. He has also written and directed films Mohabat Ki Pehli Kahani, Azad, Surprise, and is a poet, vlogger and teacher.

Additional theatre credits include: Silence (Donmar Warehouse/ Tara Theatre); Indian wants the Bronx (Young Vic); Mary Mary (Karachi); Death and the Maiden (Rafi Peer Festival).

TV credits include: Fifty plus serials including – The Castle, Zard Paton Ka Bann, Sadqay Tumharay, Aghosh, Inkar, The Bill.
