Banker by day and artist at heart, Neha believes that will power and warm hugs can change the world. Neha is the Founder and Creative Director of Aks Arts, a British Asian theatre company in London. She is also an investment banker since 2006, and currently works at Citibank. A trained dancer and children’s book author, Neha has directed and acted in several plays and secured funding for numerous theatrical projects.

Neha hopes to combine her keen creative instincts, vast network of friends, financial acumen, and endless energy to drive the positive change that will catapult British Asian talent to global recognition. She believes that a truly successful person is one who understands the potential of her power – personal and professional – to transform lives.
