Andrew is Director at Queer Britain, the National LGBTQ+ museum.

Before this, he Development Director at English National Opera, leading a department that raises £3.5m a year to support learning & participation projects, musician training & professional development schemes, as well as full-scale opera productions.

He has held other roles at Hampstead Theatre, Epstein Theatre in Liverpool, and the National Youth Music Theatre. Prior to 2007, he had a different life in secondary schools, teaching KS3, GCSE and A-Level Music in schools in Liverpool and London.
