Neena joined Tara in March 2023 as Senior Producer. Previously she was the General Manager for Boy Blue, an award winning hip hop dance theatre company, where she produced small to midscale dance tours and projects. Before Boy Blue, Neena worked at the National Theatre in various different departments including Technical, Communications and on the Creative Diversity Project.

Neena has been on the Board for Rifco Theatre since 2018 and is passionate about representative storytelling and shared experience.
